Is this in-person personal training or online?

This is a fully online program delivered via an app.

You’ll follow structured workouts, track your lifts, and access all guidance directly from your phone inside the app.

There are no in-person sessions included.

This allows you to train on your own schedule while still following a clear, coach-led structure.

What Makes This Different?

This is not a transformation challenge.

There are:

No extreme workouts

No complicated programs

No pressure to train every day

The goal is simply to help you build the first layer of structure in your training.

Because once structure exists, progress becomes much easier.

How long do the workouts take?

Each session should take around 45–60 minutes.

There’s no need to rush, and no need to spend hours in the gym. The focus is on completing the session properly, not cramming in more work.

What if I’ve never tracked my workouts before?

That’s completely fine; most beginners haven’t.

This week is where you start.

You’ll simply log the weight you use and the reps you complete for each exercise. It’s a simple habit, but it’s one of the most important steps in building real progress.

What if I can’t complete all 3 sessions?

Do your best to complete all three, but don’t aim for perfection.
