This is a fully online program delivered via an app.
You’ll follow structured workouts, track your lifts, and access all guidance directly from your phone inside the app.
There are no in-person sessions included.
This allows you to train on your own schedule while still following a clear, coach-led structure.
This is not a transformation challenge.
There are:
No extreme workouts
No complicated programs
No pressure to train every day
The goal is simply to help you build the first layer of structure in your training.
Because once structure exists, progress becomes much easier.
Each session should take around 45–60 minutes.
There’s no need to rush, and no need to spend hours in the gym. The focus is on completing the session properly, not cramming in more work.
That’s completely fine; most beginners haven’t.
This week is where you start.
You’ll simply log the weight you use and the reps you complete for each exercise. It’s a simple habit, but it’s one of the most important steps in building real progress.
Do your best to complete all three, but don’t aim for perfection.
The goal is to build consistency and experience structured training. Even completing 2 sessions is a step forward but 3 is where you’ll really start to feel the difference.
This week isn’t designed as a fat loss program.
It’s designed to give you structure, confidence, and a clear starting point.
However, it lays the foundation for fat loss by introducing proper training structure which is essential for long-term results.
By the end of the Kickstarter you will have:
Completed 3 structured sessions
Started tracking your lifts
Built confidence in the gym
And most importantly, you’ll understand how structured training actually works.
From there, you’ll have the option to continue into a structured 4-week progression program if you want to keep building on that momentum.
